Description of Work: Called company to come out and give estimate on patio work - replacing tile, adding water feature, and some electrical work, etc.. Jim came out and was punctual and professional, and took some measurements and photos of the patio. When leaving he said he would get back to me in 1-2 weeks. Approximately 2.5 weeks later I emailed Jim since I had not heard from him. I got no response. A few days later I just happened to run into him at Home Depot. I introduced myself and he said he got my e-mail ( but no apology for not responding to it). I asked if I could expect to receive his estimate by the end of the week and he assured me that he would do so. Several weeks later still no response (I have since gone with another landscape contractor). Needless to say, I would not recommend this company.

+ 0 moreHe worked with me. I thought he was great. I trust him. They worked with me on every detail. I knew pretty much up-front what it was going to cost. There weren't any hidden prices. There were changes that I decided to make to the project. I liked my relationship to the company. Jim, the owner, was great.
Description of Work: He did two jobs for me. He converted my street side of the house to desert from grass. I was so pleased with that job that I had him do the entire backyard. He did landscaping, which included installing concrete pads and putting in a barbecue island. He put in a pond, and all sorts of stuff.
