 + 3 moreHe's excellent. He did a phenomenal job. I like that the fact that I can leave him a key and he can come in and get the stuff done. He would talk to me daily and he tell me what he is doing there while I was in San Diego. He had done everything. Sometimes it's hard to get people to do things when your not there. He is able to provide high quality service.
Description of Work: He did painting interior and exterior. He did all the prep stuff, so the new tenants can take over. He repaired holes and cracks in the wall, painted, installed light fixtures. He worked with drain problems. It was a plumbing drain outside overflowing.
