Don ,his son Brent, Juan the painter all the crew members and Dana, the ladies and gentlemen at the office were amazing. We had water damage due to a broken pipe and after the demolition D RAUSH Construction took over and rebuilt, painted, installed and fixed everything . It was amazing They were helping and open to install upgrades in the house. The crew is a team of truly professional who care and work hard to make it happen for their customers. We really enjoy to have them fixing the house with genuine care and attention to details. We highly recommend D RAUSCH Construction

Would definitely rehire and would recommend to others. Steady progress; capable and pleasant crews; overall project finished mostly excellently, although some minor corrective actions not caught through quality checks (perhaps it is customary for owner to "tag" these).

We had experienced a horrendous bathroom remodel with another contractor and called Don, after finding him on Angie's List, to fix the and quot;situationand quot;. What a different experience! Don made sure everything from the prior remodel was repaired or replaced and done up-to-code.

Herman, Roberto and the rest of the team really went the extra-mile to get it all done to our expectations, within our budget and met our deadline. I know, I was really and quot;very pickyand quot; at times about the floor tile and stone placement; they were always very accommodating of my requests. Herman consulted with us throughout the entire process to make sure everything was being done correctly and to our liking. Very impressed with their communication, promptness and dedication to making the customer happy. They even worked on the weekends and over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays to make it all happen. Very impressed!

Lori and Brittany also did an excellent job of communicating and following up to make sure we were happy and that the project was done to our complete satisfaction (even after I decided to change flooring tile after it was already delivered:).
The D Rausch Construction Team truly exceeded our expectations on this project. After our last remodeling experience, it was a real pleasure to work with such professionals. We keep looking for projects, so we can work with them again.

I was referred to Don Rausch Construction by SOS Plumbing and that was perhaps the best referral I ever received. An interior decorator made my condo dark and dreary and very depressing. In addition, the floor was not leveled and the wood planks were coming up. The shower was a mess and it was leaking and the planks were starting to buckle..
From the first phone call to their amazing and highly knowledgeable and professional receptionist (Lori), to when Don came out for an estimate, I knew I was in good hands.
I was talked through each of the projects and I really liked the fact that if Don thought something would not work, he was very honest and told me so. This was of major importance to me.
The entire project took about three weeks. Each of the separate projects had a different specialized crew who certainly knew what they were doing. They cleaned up beautifully.
The painting, tile and carpet laying, shower repair and remodeling, installation of the closet doors were of the highest quality. Their work was professional and I found no flaws at all.
Cost wise, Don is fair, and I mean very fair. I was billed weekly and could put it on whatever credit card I chose.
So in summary, Don and his crew turned my dark and dreary house into a light and bright home!
