Our countertops turned out perfect! Sylvain is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing. He made sure to contact us when he was running late and was very personable the whole time. He gave us recommendations when we weren't sure about the details we wanted and they were do it on. He also managed to do our sink area, corner cabinet AND bay window in one single cut, which every other company we got estimates from was not possible. We still need to remodel our 2 bathrooms and we will definitely use him again for those.

I was stumped for years on the selection of granite or other surfaces. The floor and cabinets were fine, but the ugly tile needed to go. I contacted Creative Marble and Granite. The response was immediate as was the service call. Sylvain had good ideas and followed up with several visits to the tile and granite store with me to make selections. The job went mostly on schedule. The employees of the company were prompt and pleasant. The workmanship was excellent, not a crooked seam anywhere. Any delays were because this is a small company, and all work is done by a small team. This is how they so such a good job. I would absolutely use this company again.

The contractor came out for an estimate promptly. Gave a solid price on the spot and ordered our materials custom. He fabricates at his shop using modern technologies that produce outstanding finished product. This is a third generation stone working business and you can really see the experience shine through. Timely and highly courteous. Worth every dime!

Creative Marble and Granite provides one stop shopping for stone work. They provided the granite and did everything from there on; I usually get somewhat involved in projects but didn't need to this time. I checked with several other contractor's and there was only one other that came in with a lower bid but it involved coordinating efforts with other contractors and I doubt they could have done a better job. Ultimately I feel I ended up with the best price because of a small side job that was added after the bid and done for no additional cost. These guys did an awesome job, they met the earliest time estimates, from start to finish (about two weeks). Installation itself was done in less than a day. The job was clean and very professional with the owner making onsite visits to check on the installers. The owner personally made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE. EVERYONE WAS VERY PLEASANT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. I GABBED WITH THEM AND ASKED QUESTIONS WHILE THEY WERE HERE AND THEY WERE JUST VERY PLEASANT.
