Excellent work, completed on schedule and on budget

Very happy with this company's quote, punctuality, quality of work, etc. My only concern was having to remind a couple of the workers to wear COVID PPE masks during their time on our property.

The project was completed methodically and efficiently. Very pleased with the final paver product! The crews were helpful in completing the project, discussing options and layout prior and during installation. I plan on using Inri for future projects.

Inri , the owner, is very responsive when an issue is raised but I felt like I had to keep an eye on the work in progress in order to point out things that were obvious which could have proved problematic in the future. Leaks to my irrigation system that should have been apparent to anyone working here were eventually fixed after several follow up calls. Overall, I am very satisfied with the new walls and gate and feel that the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend the company to others.

top quality experience

Inri from Creative Environments was the first contractor to contact me and the first to come to my property and take in a full assessment. I had a patio than needed to be torn out and rebuilt and a couple of brick walls that needed to be higher for privacy.He gave me his opinion on what needed to be done and the reasons why and gave me a timely and fair proposal. After interviewing two other companies, his was the by far the most fair and reasonable. His workers were thorough and he came over frequently to inspect the work as it progressed. The overall end result was wonderful! Very professional and high quality and completely worth it! I highly recommend.

Inri and his crew were courteous and professional. Got the job done as estimated and it looks beautiful. Had a walkway built with pavers from sidewalk to our side gate and a small patio under our two citrus trees in the backyard. Quality of the materials is great and Inri even provided advise on other projects we plan to undertake in the future.

Enri is very professional and was extremely helpful with our design. He provided many helpful (and often cost saving) suggestions options. His employees were always courteous and did a great job. They are pro in paver installation. The works come out really nice. My neighbors always say they love my driveway, entrance way, porch, curb appeals when they see us. It makes us more happy because we spent $ for what we expected. The price is reasonable. The quality is perfect. They guarantee the pavers to 20 years without fading, breaking and 2 years of labor! Customer Service is excellent. They come and fix any items that I disliked. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They did ok job, some items still not meet my expectation

I have a small backyard with too much over grown plants, planters, rocks, and shrubs. My dog has allergies, so I wanted synthetic grass. It's easy to care for and its drought friendly. After speaking with Inri over the phone, we scheduled a day to meet to see the yard and give me a quote. Inri and Frank arrived on time. They both were very professional and knowledgeable. Although they were not the cheapest, I chose them for their professionalism, and pleasant personalities. There were lots of stuff to be removed to give the backyard a clean slate. Creative Environments spent 1 day clearing out all the stuff from the yard. They packed and leveled the dirt. Came back another day and packed pebbles and sand, then applied the artificial turf. I am very happy with the final outcome. The grass looks real and it feels so nice. Frank was there when I did the final inspection. Frank shared information and gave advice to how to care for the grass with a dog. He has a very positive outlook for the business and I just loved everything about Inri and Frank. Thank you guys!
