Conrad was very thorough and honest. He did a complete tuning and was able to answer my questions. You can tell that he loves pianos.

I called Conrad and left a voice mail. He called me back the same day and we setup a time for him to come to my house. He arrived right on time and got straight to work. I've owned pianos in the past and from my observations Conrad knows what he's doing. He was extremely thorough with his tuning. I have a player piano (PianoDisc) feature and Conrad asked if I play with accompanying instruments (the system will play audio to accompany the piano) as he would tune to pitch perfect or simply tune the piano to itself. He knows his stuff and I liked how he asked me my preference. I plan on having Conrad back every 6-12mo to keep my piano in great shape.

I have had my older Baldwin Acrosonic tuned a few times but never heard the beauty of what it can produce in sound quality as when Conrad tuned it. As a pianist himself his philosophy is to tune each piano as if it is his own. He goes over the strings tuning them until they are as close to pitch as possible for that piano.
I am a beginner but even I can tell a great difference. Highly recommended.
