The lady was, and was so fun spirited and quick. I did look around, and she didn't put things back the way she found them thus causing me more work, and there was residue from whatever she used to clean with, which made my nose stuff up. I don't know why she didn't use my simple green which is non allergenic and I gave it and the mop to her to use.

They did a great job ,considering how dirty the house was when they started. I'm sure subsequent visits will better clean places they gave a light cleaning, because of time constraints. I liked the job they did and have asked them to return semi-weekly
