 + -1 moreCHERYL IS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. SHE HAS ALWAYS BROUGHT IN THE APPRAISAL VALUES AT A FAIR MARKET VALUE. KNOWN IN THE INDUSTRY TO DO GOOD SOUND APPRAISALS, BUT NOT A LOW-BALLER.
