IT WAS MISERABLE. IT TOOK THEM TWO WEEKS TO GET A PART AND GET IT FIXED. THE GUY THAT FINALLY FIXED IT WAS BEYOND RUDE AND ACTED LIKE HE WAS TIRED OF US BY THAT POINT.
