Everything went great with Lisa and ABC Chimney Sweep. I called and was able to get an appointment about three weeks out (busy season). On the appointment day, she arrived on time, and had given a phone call about 30 minutes prior to arriving. She inspected our gas fireplace, cleaned inside the firebox, tested the gas, and installed a new damper latch. She also re-adhered the metal key (decorative) surrounding to the tile. She provided a condition report/receipt. I would hire them again.

They were scheduled to arrive on the pm, but kept on postponing arrival time due to a previous appointment that went longer than expected. They apologized profusely and re-scheduled for early the next day. This time they arrived promptly and performed the job professionally, courteously and efficiently. (I am writing this review many months after the job was performed, so I may be inaccurate regarding the total cost and date of the service.)

They are very good, excellent. They were reasonable and on time. They are friendly. They charge you what they say they would charge. I keep using them because they are good. I found them in the phone book. They are right here exactly when they say they are going to be.

It was very well done. They realigned where my vent was, they were nice enough to shift it around so it would. Their prices were spot on with other ads I saw. There were two of them and the owner was right there exactly when I was told they would be there. She showed up with a top hat to be funny but took it off when she started working.
