- Baseboards and ceiling fans were thoroughly cleaned.
- Windows and sliding glass doors came out great.
- Hardwood floors came out nice.
- Cabinet drawers and storage areas were all nicely cleaned.
- 2-person crew was courteous and polite and work steadily.
Here's what could have been gone better:
- Deep cleaning in the bathrooms was lacking - some mildew above the shower and in other crevices was missed or only cleaned superficially. Under the rim of the toilet bowls were poorly cleaned. I needed to go back and fix these areas.
- Some grout lines on counter tops could have been cleaned better.
- The crew was about 30 minutes late and didn't call ahead to say they were running late.
- I was expecting 3 crew members at $65/hour and wound up with 2 crew members at $60/hour (odd pricing differential I thought). Three persons at $65/hour or two at $50/hour would have been more equitable.
- A door stop was accidentally broken off when crew cleaned the hardwood floors - a very minor issue, yet I felt the crew leader should have told me about rather than leaving it for me to discover later.
So overall I would give about a B- for this work. Not a great value for the price charged in my opinion, so I'll most likely look elsewhere for future needs. This company may be better suited for regular maintenance cleaning than for a move-in, move-out job like this one.
