The repair work was just OK, but far from professional.  The paint job was definitely not good - looked dull and cheap - and required 2 more trips to the shop to try to get it right.  Even then it was just not a good paint job. It still looks bad, especially now the more i look at it.

What's more, the owner of the shop failed to get the work done on time - it took him 5 days instead of 3 - forcing me to miss a day of work.  It was after that I had to take the car back to the shop so they could attempt to make it look better.  They buffed it out some, but the finish is still uneven and rough in areas, with some inclusions and discoloration in the paint or clearcoat itself (the car is white!)

When I saw the estimate, I thought i was getting a good deal.  Well, it WOULD have been a good deal if the work didn't look like someone had done it in their backyard.  I have had paint and bodywork done on several cars during my lifetime, but this is the first time this sort of thing has happened.  The people at Velasquez Autobody were agreeable enough in person, they just never came through.  They did finally offer to "fix" the car a fourth time, but by then I'd had enough, and said forget it. 

I'm sorry to say this was a disappointing experience from start to finish.
