We arrived several days ahead of the furniture in order to clean the home before the furniture was delivered. We found the carpets to be dull, extremely dirty, heavily soiled.... Professional help was needed and needed quickly.
We contacted Unique Touch Carpet and Tile Cleaning and spoke with Mike Luna regarding the urgent situation that we had. Mike came to our home within two hours, prepared a cost estimate and squeezed us into his already busy schedule.
Mike and his crew arrived two days later at the exact time of the morning appointment and worked for six hours to complete the cleaning. The completed cleaning was of the highest quality with the carpets looking like was brand new and just installed.
The service was delivered with the highest level of professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction.I will definitely use Unique Touch again and highly recommend their services to others. Absolutely outstanding!
