It went really well. They are very personal and professional. They always call me the day before as a reminder and they tell when they will be coming.

They came to take care of my cricket and ant problem the day after I contacted them.  The technician treated the interior and exterior of my home.  Thank goodness I called, the ants turned out to be fire ants and the ant hills had more than doubled in size from the day before.
I have not seen an ant or heard a cricket chirp inside my home since it was treated.  I have now signed up for monthly service and have been told if something comes up between visits they would come out to treat sooner.  Because I have dogs I was concerned about chemicals being safe for them.  I was told once the surface was dry it would be fine for the dogs.  I took the dogs out while they treated inside my home and kept them inside for the exterior treatment.  Also, because of having the dogs the tech will call the day before service so I could be ready for them.

They are really good. When we bought the house in August, we had lots of bugs and they've managed to get it all under control. I like the fact that they are very thorough. We had a couple of instances where I had an outbreak of ants in our kitchen and they came out for no extra charge and treated it and gave us the little death traps that the ants take back to their nest and killed off the next. They do the monthly treatment but they do emergency service for no extra charge, it is included in their monthly fees.
