I have not seen an ant or heard a cricket chirp inside my home since it was treated. I have now signed up for monthly service and have been told if something comes up between visits they would come out to treat sooner. Because I have dogs I was concerned about chemicals being safe for them. I was told once the surface was dry it would be fine for the dogs. I took the dogs out while they treated inside my home and kept them inside for the exterior treatment. Also, because of having the dogs the tech will call the day before service so I could be ready for them.
