Things went fine. The cost was okay for what I got. I got all the rooms done for $117. They try to sell you anything under the sun. They did not mess around. They were in and out. The workers were very pleasant.

They did a very good job!  The carpets (6 years old now with two little active children running in and out all day) were pretty dirty in the traffic areas.  SS was able to get them almost good as new.  They were able to remove all the spots and stains, however, the traffic areas still have a slightly "different look" which I suspect is a result of the carpet being trampled on over the years...not as soft and fluffy looking as the less worn areas.  (I share this so you have realistic expectations...SS can likely get your carpet clean, but they can't take the wear out of it).
The did an excellent job on our light blue sofa, which I thought was ready for the dump.  Again, it still shows the signs of wear and tear, but it is now clean....thanks to SS!
The chair wasn't very dirty to begin with, but they gave it a good cleaning and re-application of the protection for good measure.
They also did a very good job of the shag rug.  Again, it's days are numbered (like the sofa), but they got it clean enough so that it could be used to stage our home for sale....which sold in one day!

Serviceman was prompt, competent, congenial, professional and fast while  doing a very thorough job. I am very satisfied with the deep cleaning provided by Stanley Steemer.  The carpets looked new and smelled fresh after cleaning. I was more pleased using this service than a prior carpet cleaning service that used dry chemicals.  I have one cat, therefore, needed the deep cleaning. 

I was surprised at how new the upholstered sofa and chair looked after cleaning.  The carpet and upholstery dried completely in just a few hours.

We have tried other carpet cleaners in Palm Springs area and they could not get our carpets clean and cost too much. 
We tried Stanley Steemer and they cleaned wool wall to wall carpets almost as good as new. We were thinking of replacing the carpet but will now keep them a while longer. (we do vacation rentals and the carpets are heavily used). We also had spots a new sofa which they removed .. again looks like new.  
Since we do seasonal rentals, we signed up for a one year service, 3 cleanings.  We have completed 2 so far with good results. This SS office is responsive, came on time, uses website and email communications which we liked. 
The only complaint we have is that they are always "upselling'. They want to add protectants, sell accessories, etc. We just say no and they seem to be OK with just carpet cleaning.   We plan to keep using them.

They are very good. The price varies on what I have them do and how many rooms.

They came after the previous one I called declined to the job because according to them the carpet was too dirty for them to handle. Stanley Steemer came within half an hour and did a beautiful job. They did even leave a spot and they did a fantastic job. They are a little expensive but they are the best in carpet cleaning and you get what you paid for. The machine that they use is quite fast.

1) Pre-treating sprayer mechanism didn't work - service was performed without pre-treating the carpet
2) Left the sewer drain cap off - I was lucky I spotted this as it's hidden in our bushes
3) Suction hose left our moldings dirty requiring me to paint

They did a good job cleaning the carpet. The price was pretty good. They are pretty accurate and timely.

I thought they were very high. I think he quoted it that high because he knew we needed them and were in a bind.

Arrived on time, and went right to work. They cleaned the carpets in the bedrooms, and living room and then the family room. The carpets are very old so I was concerned that they would not come clean, but they look great. even the spots where the carpet were pretty dirty from so much walking look 90 percent better. I am very pleased with the work.

We used them last year as well.  They were in and out, they were professional, and they showed us what they did and how they did it.  We’ve never used anyone else so I don’t know about the price; I think it was very reasonable.  They were able to set up a convenient time and they gave us a timeframe of when they would come.  When they were on their way, they let us know. They were really nice and courteous and they cleaned up after themselves.  We definitely will use them again.

They did a pretty good job. I have pets and it don't smell like dog pee anymore. It came out pretty good.

I have been a somewhat regular customer of stanley steemer for the past 10 years.  I have had very good experiences with most all of the employees over the years.  Stanley steemer does a very good job of cleaning my very light colored berber carpet, which at times can be somewhat stained.  The joys of living with teenagers!  I have had NO issues with them over the years.  They can be a little bit pricey at times but worth the extra money.  Thank you.
