"Good morning! We a really sorry to hear this, but our records indicated that we have some miss comunications. First of all, an original problem was that refrigerator and a freezer were not cooling at all. After our first visit, that problem was completely resolved and here where was everything beginning. You called us in a next few days to tell that refrigerator is not working again. We set up an appoiment and showed up on time but refrigerator was cold, the only thing is - it was freezing your food in a bottom side of refrigerator. We told you that it is a completely different problem and it is not gonna be covered under the warranty. You started screaming on our tech (Nathan) and he desided to be nice with u and offered you a repair of your preexisting issue with your fridge for $50 instead of charging you for labor and parts. Once again, original problem - refrigerator was NOT cooling. He replaced you a part and left. In a few days we recived another call from you which was saying that refrigerator is not working again. We set up an appoiment for Thursday, October the17th. On October 17 we recived this rewiev, called you immediately to confirm that we gonna show up and fix your fridge. You told us that Thursday is not working for you and set up appointment for following Saturday. Than you called us to cancel an appointment and requsted a full refund including non refundable service fee. We told you that we are ok with it only if we gonna remove a part which we installed to you. Person who was very rude with our dispatch and used a lot of svearing words to our technicians and our dispatches. We tried to contact your numbers many times trying to resolve a situation friendly and unfortunately only respond we received was: " No, you have to give us a full refund" From the foregoing all what i can tell that your people got your original problem fixed and you found a way to blackmail honest workers to fix your refrigerator and return your money. I don't think this is the right way to treat people who always were honest with you. Thank you and i am apologizing that we couldn't find a solution for this simple problem!"
