About us
Pride Piper Service & Repair continues to provide services for Fireplaces, Firepits, Patio Heaters, Gas Grills, etc. Started in the Valley in 1978, Pride Piper has continued the tradition of quality repair with honest dealings. We also do custom fabrication of remote systems for your fireplace, custom fitment of bbq's in islands, standard gas hook-ups if you buy your grill from another company (such has Home Depot or Lowe's), etc. We're proud to be part of Angie's List and look forward to servicing our Coachella Valley clients! Please note that during Season, we're a madhouse over here, so expect a 2 week wait, usually, during this time frame. We're not happy about the wait, either, but what that does tell us is that more and more clients want quality service for their products while they're here enjoying the beautiful weather! :)

Installations of fireplace media (logs, but that's because the customer jumped the gun and went after our jugular before his job was completed - we actually DID break a wire and we DID fix it. But the client never reported this, firepit media (same), gas grill hook-ups, glass), heater hook-ups and repair/service of all of these types of products. We also do installations of fireplace remote systems, so... ), too! (And please look at our reviews - one was terrible (An "F")

Yes, it's true that people can simply dial us direct and we can schedule them for service of their firepits, fireplaces, heaters, bbq's, etc. It's also true that by calling one of our partners (such as All Valley BBQ, Spa & Fireplace or Desert Fireplaces & BBQ's), our clients may not need to hire us and may, in fact, find that a part is needed that can be ordered directly from those stores. Either way, if you definitely need service or repair, we'd love to help!"
