Very personable and prompt. Albert and his son both seem sharp and are a great combo. Have used them for three years as we inherited some issues with our older HVAC system. They consistently are helpful and diagnose the problems promptly. Some easier to repair than others.

With my old systems needing regular repairs, I started collecting bids for their eventual replacement.  Precision came through with both an excellent bid and stellar reviews from their references.  With manufacturer rebates I was able to move up from a 12 year old 13 SEER system, to a 16 SEER multi-stage A/C AND multi-stage furnace combination for a lot less than I ever dreamed, so I decided to take the plunge before the old ones officially died.  
Since the rebates were ending in a few weeks, they need to complete the installation by mid-November, which they agreed to. The date was set,  the installers arrived on time and were unfailingly professional and polite.  Permits and duct testing were included, and everything passed with flying colors.  They cleaned up the work area each day, and hauled away all the old equipment and even the boxes for the new equipment.  My questions were answered patiently and completely.  All in all I was quite pleased.
Shortly after the install I noticed one of the furnaces wasn't heating.  I noticed this late afternoon the day before Thanksgiving.  I emailed and left a voice-mail, but didn't really expect to hear anything until the following Monday.  
I received an email response Thanksgiving day, and they offered to get a technician out on Friday.  I was out of town, so they sent one on Saturday.  He arrived on time, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, a failed controller board.  They didn't stock this part, so would need to order and return. Got a call Monday morning they had procured the board, and would be able to complete the repair that afternoon.

I called Precision when I received a very high quote from another company to replace the evaporitive coil on one of my two systems. Marianne schedule the inspection and confirmed with me. They did a nice job and for $850 which is much better then the $1675 the other company wanted. Thanks precision......you now have a repeat customer.
