I have used them for 20 years. He comes twice a year to service the units. He answered questions I ask and didn't try to take advantage of me by up selling.

The call went to Mrs. Poe who does the dispatching. She was friendly and clear about the availability of service in my neighborhood. Brian Poe, the owner, showed up on time with his trainee (his son) and they got the job done with no mess and no complications. My A/C was back up and running within a half hour.
