Called to get a refill of our prescription that our vet in our home town would have been happy to send. They curtly advisedd that they don't sell Trifexis without a prescription, and since we weren't a patient of theirs we couldnt buy from them

I have been going to Dr. Hicks for a number of years for my dog, Buddy. The Doctor and staff were always friendly, responsive and compassionate. As my dog got older, he had several physical problems. Dr. Hicks always took as much time as necessary to explain, in detail, the issues, the alternatives, the pros and cons of each and every treatment. On nearly every occasion when Buddy had to stay overnight, Dr. Hicks stayed with him. I have never seen such a dedicated vet in my life. The staff are warm, understanding people. It is the best Veterinary clinic I have ever used. I highly recommend them to everyone in need of veterinary services.

Dr. Hicks actually stayed the whole night with my sick puppy. He was amazing. He just loves the dogs and knows what he's doing. He even called me at home twice to tell me how she was doing. I recommend him

The veterinarian I see at Palm Desert Pet Hospital is very nice. Dr. Gray is very good with animals. He is very thorough. He is very knowledgeable, kind and sweet. He gives you all of your options and is very honest. He is very gentle with the animals. He is also very available.

THE STAFF THERE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE. THE DECISION WAS MADE TO EUTHANIZE OUR POM. THE STAFF THERE WAS VERY THOUGHTFUL AND CARING. ABOUT A WEEK LATER WE RECEIVED A LETTER OF SYMPATHY FOR THE LOSS OF OUR PET. THAT WAS A NICE GESTURE ON THEIR BEHALF.
