Maxx Industries

When in the aftermath of a flood in my home, I went to a half dozen flooring showrooms including the big box stores and lumber liquidators, looking for replacement of over 1000 sq. ft of floor. At most of these stores, the level of expertise was lacking; even I know not to put laminate in a bathroom or kitchen, yet it was recommended in 3 stores. Customer service was practically non-existent and sometimes outright rude. At Lumber Liquidators I waited over 20 minutes for help so I walked out and went into Maxx Industries, right in front of where I parked. A friendly, helpful woman asked what I was looking for and took me to each section, pointing out prices and differences in thickness, underlay, etc. Then she left me alone to look, which I like. It was more like a boutique than a Home Improvement store. I made some notes (I always go home and research online) and as I was leaving, she handed me a brochure/catalogue with some additional flooring in it. I spent several hours researching the Maxx flooring and ordered everything I needed by the end of the day. The price was very competitive and the owner, Sasha Novakovic, even honored a coupon I had found that had expired 3 years before! (I had to talk him into it, but hey!)  I Three days later, I received the order and it was even more beautiful than I expected - even my contractor was impressed.
