Auto Body Work
After getting terrible scratches and denst on our passenger door after colliding with a parking garage wall we sought out to get 3 estimates for a repair. The estimates ranged from $700-900.
One of the appraisers at a chain collision center gave us Mac's card. He said if his car needed body work he would bring it to Mac. We called and brought the car right over for an estimate.
Mac is very personable, professional and knowledgeable, he told us it would cost $700 and would take 4 days. He explained the whole process to us. This matched all other explanation of process. Since we liked him we decided to go with Mac. We brought the car in on Monday, he said it would be a push to get it done by Thur night. Since we were going to be out of town on Thurs. night and Friday, we told him we would have to pick it up on Monday.
We just picked up the car and it looks fabulous. Rather than have the car sit for 3 extra days he made our car a priority and had his staff work overtime to get it done for us. Not only did he not charge us extra or 1cent over his estimate the car was totally detailed and it looks as good as new. As if nothing had happened.
I highly recommend Mac's bodyshop if you need any autobody done.
