David Kortz met me at the house I had just purchased, I told him what I wanted done and he took it from there. Dave and his crew were always there when they said they would be, he guided me through the entire process. The professionalism that was displayed by Dave and his crew was exceptional and their daily clean up was great. Dave did not take a dime from me until the job was completed. I was not looking forward to this project because I had heard so many horror stories about contractors. I actually ended up having a wonderful experience. I would recommend Kortz Construction to every one rather building a new home or doing a remodel like I did. It's the best money I have ever spent.
