Called several vendors, lead times at least a week. Called JCE Thursday, appt made for next morning.
Quoted rate was lowest I'd encountered at $75. Others were $85, $110.
Arrived on time, labeled truck, uniforms, two persons. They understood my explanation of what I wanted done and made helpful suggestions. Wall studs complicated things but they worked around it. Uncommon coax in my house required crimp ends they didn't have on the truck - they were gone 30 minutes to get them and that time did not appear on my bill.
They consistently spent their time working and were careful to keep my house clean during and after the job. They did not seem especially fast but I think their work pace was ok.
I gave the quality a 'B' but the electrical part was worth an 'A.'
When the job was complete I checked the picture quality on a few channels and power function and then certified the job. Later I discovered that the weakest analog channels had been made blurry by the splitter or extra cable. I will have to try an amp or (if the downstream connectors are all unused) swapping the splitter for a barrel connector. This accounts for my overall 'B' quality grade. Total time from arrival to completion was 2.5 hours with 30 minutes of that spent on the parts trip. I was wondering how my bill would look since I was expecting one electrician and two showed up. I was billed as I was quoted - $75 per hour for a total labor charge of $150.  They took a credit card on site and I received a paper receipt and, later, an email copy.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with JCE's service.
