Indian Wells Glass and Mirror Inc

Left a message and they called 15 minutes later. Went over to place order with measure. Two days later both were ready for pickup. Very professional and friendly service. She is also a treasure trove of where to get things done in Palm Desert.

Arrived on time and were very good about cleaning up after themselves. They would have gotten all A's but the young man who was handling the interior used my step ladder and broke it saying he owed me.

Adam arranged a time the next day with our renters. The crew was prompt. They removed the remaining very large mirrors: (One 32x 60 rake, one 66X60 rake and two 84x48 rake) and took them away. They cleaned up the floor.
We didn't get to see the results until April 16th, after our renters had left, and we drove down to Palm Desert. Indian Wells Glass and Mirror did a great job without incident. These mirrors are big and heavy and they have to know what they are doing to remove them from high up safely and without incident.
Peeling away the mirrors left gouges and black glue blobs that held (up until the incident) the mirrors, but we knew that and elected to have some one else (David) do that work.

I called in the morning. It was promised by 4 pm. They called at 3 pm for me to pick it up. It was cut exactly to 7x42; however--my fault--it had to be a 1/16th inch shorter. I took it back and they quickly ground off the excess glass. No Charge!
