I arrive to pick up my printer with only person in front of me.  However, it turns out to be a complicated return and at about ten minutes I ask if anyone else is available to help me with a pickup.  The sales person says that pickups sometimes take this long and to wait.  A manager arrives to take care of the return and it is time to pickup my laserjet.  The sales person can't find the ticket despite my providing her the e-mail with the information.  After more typing and searching, she finally finds it using my telephone number.  She asks if I actually received confirmation that it is ready for pickup, I show her the e-mail again.  We have to go on the floor and search for the item.  Once again, searching and typing and finally 30 minutes later I have my printer.  I purchase two other things, and I pass my experience along at the register.  I get an attitude that she simply does not care.  Upon leaving the store, the person does not seem to understand the tickets for the items I purchased vs. the ones that I picked up.  More delays and bad attitude.  The entire experience was very unpleasant.  I would recommend that you avoid this Best Buy unless there is no other choice.

THEY WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND THAT'S KIND OF IT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. WHEN I COULD NOT GET MY WIRELESS CONNECTION HOOKED UP, I TOOK IT IN AND A GUY MET ME AT THE DOOR AND LOOKED AT IT. THEY TOOK IT IN THE BACK AND I GUESS DID WHATEVER THEY DO AND CAME BACK AND EXPLAINED WHAT I NEEDED TO DO. I DID IT AND IT WORKED.

THE SERVICE THAT I GOT WAS GREAT. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR MUCH SINCE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER APPLIANCE THAT I HAD BOUGHT. SO THEY FIXED IT FOR ME. I COULD TELL THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING BY THE WORK THEY DID AND IT WAS FAST.

WHAT THEY DID WAS GREAT. THEY FIXED MY COMPUTER, THAT HAS BEEN WORKING GREAT SINCE THEN. THEY ADDED NEW PROGRAMS THAT WILL MAKE MY COMPUTER FASTER. AND IT WAS JUST ALL DONE AT A REASONABLE PRICED. IT WAS GREAT.

THE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY ASKED WHAT DID I WANT TO DO IN MY LIVING ROOM AND THEY GAVE WHAT I NEEDED FOR IT. THE PEOPLE THAT WORKED THERE WERE VERY POLITE.

I THOUGHT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY QUICKLY INSTALLED THE CAR STEREO IN LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR. I WAS ALREADY LISTENING TO MY FAVORITE DISC.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. PROMPT & EFFICIENT WITH MINIMAL WAITING IN LINE FOR CHECKOUT.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH BEST BUY WAS GOOD. I HAVE HAD TO TAKE MY COMPUTER TO THEM MORE THAN ONCE. THEY ARE VERY FAST WITH THEIR WORK, AND THEY DON'T CHARGE AS MUCH MONEY AS OTHER PLACES. I THINK WE HAD TO WAIT 4-5 DAYS TO GET IT BACK.

WE HAD TO LEAVE IT THERE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS SO THEY COULD LOOK AT IT AND ORDER WHAT WE NEEDED FOR IT. THEY TOLD US IT COULD TAKE UP TO A WEEK, BUT WE GOT IT BACK SOONER (KIDS WERE VERY HAPPY)! THEY WERE VERY BUSY WHEN WE GOT THERE, BUT THEY ALWAYS TREATED US VERY KINDLY. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

I LOOKED ONLINE FOR WHAT I WANTED AND WENT TO THE STORE TO BUY IT. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND EVEN SHOWED ME HOW TO HOOK EVERYTHING UP WHEN I GOT HOME. THEY WERE NOT PUSHY LIKE MOST PEOPLE ARE WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING. WE BOUGHT A KENWOOD.

WE LOVE IT SO MUCH! BEST BUY WAS SO HELPFUL WHEN WE WERE LOOKING. WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF THEATRE SYSTEM TO PURCHASE AND THEY GAVE US A LOT OF GOOD HINTS ON WHAT TO LOOK FOR. THE GUY THAT HELPED US OUT ALSO GAVE US A GREAT COUPON SO WE WERE ABLE TO GET 25% OFF. WE GO THERE TO PURCHASE ALL OF OUR APPLIANCES.
