Very prompt, efficient and diligent. They went right to work and completed the job in a very short period of time. Price was in line with other window cleaners I have used in that area but I would use them again.

The only snafu was that for some reason we were "not on the schedule" although I made the appointment a week in advance. About an hour after they were scheduled to arrive I left a message at the office to find out what the delay was. A very nice lady called back and apologized for the mistake. She told me they would divert a crew that was in our neighborhood to come clean our house. Within a few minutes the crew arrived and set to work cleaning our house.

THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB WHEN DOING THE CLEANING. MY WINDOWS TURNED OUT GREAT. ALTHOUGH SOMETIMES THERE ARE A LITTLE BIT OF WATER SPOTS BECAUSE OF THE SPRINKLERS, THEY DO THEIR BEST TO TAKE THOSE OUT.
