 + -1 moreAppointment scheduling went well. I had a longer lead time than I had hoped, but that means a busy shop that has lots of customers .. a good thing. Shop is modern and clean. Work was done as promised and on time. A few issues with the vehicle outside the parameters of the service were addressed as one would hope. A <1 year in the future repair was noted and came with a price for the repair.

 + -1 moreThe B service is essentially an oil change with additional inspections. They made an appointment for us and said it would take approximately one hour. They did the service, inspected the vehicle, test drove it, and returned it on time. We were very pleased. The dealer asks over $300 for this same service. While there we listened to how they interacted with other customers who were having cars repaired. I felt they were completely ethical and honest about how they interacted with the other customers. I will bring my auto back to them for all future work that may be necessary.
Description of Work: They did a B service on a new (Used) Mercedes we had just bought. They checked out a couple of other items while doing the service at no additional charge.

 + -1 moreI noted one issue with parking brake release and they said they would look and give me an estimate to repair. Checked in easily in the morning and was offered a ride but not needed. They called in the afternoon and said car was ready. They found no significant issues and In checking out the owner said No Charge for the service. I was totally shocked but he said they do not charge for Diagnostics, only for work approved and done. I will return to this fine shop!
Description of Work: Purchased a used Mercedes Benz and made an appointment to have a mechanical inspection to look for any potential issues.had repaired the parking brake release by replacing a part that had gotten our of place in the mechanism.

Description of Work: My radiator blew out in the desert.. could not get it towed back to LA so called around and went on Angie's List. European was best recommended. They were honest and reasonably priced. Since I try to do a lot of the work on my 1998 BMW 740il, I was bummed I couldn't even try since it was out of town. I got a price for radiator and they agree to install. Very happy with their work.

 + -1 moreThey were quite good. They were reasonably priced. They were neither the lowest nor the highest. I spent about $140 on the job. I have taken my vehicle there twice. The first time they recharged the air conditioner. They are prompt. They will tell you how long the work will take, but they generally take lesser time. If it is going to take longer, they will let you know. When they did the work recently, they found that the transmission on the car had never been serviced, even though it was taken into the dealership earlier. So, they gave me an estimate and I checked it out. It seemed very reasonable. So, I will get the job done by them.
Description of Work: I used European Auto Services very recently. They did auto maintenance for me.
