Founded in July 1988 at its present location, specializing in BMW / Mercedes / Volvo service and repair, European Auto Service presently services well over 1000 satisfied customers. Our service philosophy promotes honesty, accuracy, and cost efficiency, through ongoing communication with our customers. To accomplish this, we place equal responsibility in the hands of our customers. We are not perfect, but strive to be proud of our work in every way. We want to know what a customer thinks about how she or he was treated, and how the repairs were handled. We invite you, the customer, to leave us comments on what you thought of our service.

Shop is modern and clean.
Work was done as promised and on time. A few issues with the vehicle outside the parameters of the service were addressed as one would hope. A <1 year in the future repair was noted and came with a price for the repair.
While there we listened to how they interacted with other customers who were having cars repaired. I felt they were completely ethical and honest about how they interacted with the other customers. I will bring my auto back to them for all future work that may be necessary.
