Duct pros came right over and cleaned years of debris out of the filters, including debris that had become solid and difficult to remove.  They wouldn't stop until it was perfect - then they presented me with the bill - $85!!!  I would have paid much more for this very, very superior work.  They take great pride in sticking with a job until it is perfect.  I wish I could give a higher than an A rating.

and were finished in less than an hour. I thought the cost was very reasonable.

Being new to homeownership and the area I wasn't really sure how to proceed to get the air and heating ducts and dryer vent cleaned. I knew they probably hadn't been cleaned since the house was built some 35 years ago. The first place I called quoted me an exorbitant rate, refused to do an estimate and said they charged the same fee regardless of the size of the property. I called Duct Pros second and had a completely different experience. Jackson agreed to come and do an estimate and they based their price on the number of ducts to be cleaned plus threw in the dryer vent cleaning for free. Jackson and Morgan arrived on time, were friendly, professional, efficient and tidy. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and what they found which I appreciated. I will most certainly use their services again when I need them as I was very impressed with what they did on this visit.
