We were very happy with all aspects of the job start to finish. Retained the company's contact information and plan to use them again now that we have another project. We used their services before we were members of Angies List. Thought , though we already decided to have them look at our current job based on our previous experience, we would look them up on the List just to see. No surprise finding that other customers shared our positive experience with Desert Empire Plumbing.

Roy Triplett, the owner came out first after my call and accessed the area of damage. He was very professional and told me he would need to use a tiny camera to snake into my wall to determine the overall damage. He was and quot;dead-onand quot; with what he had estimated the damage to be. His crew responded quickly and made the necessary repairs just as Roy had told me when he gave me a verbal estimate and a written one as well. His crew was extremely quick and professional and they did the job just as I was told. The pleasant surprise was that the overall cost of the emergency repairs came in less than the estimate, saving me more money. My wife and myself were extremely pleased with the work Desert Empire did at our home with our plumbing. We used them during the heat of the summer when our A/C unit stopped working. Once again, they responded quickly, made the repairs just as their estimate showed and we were pleasantly surprised to find the cost of this repair was very reasonable as well. My wife and I had used other service providers in the past but were mostly disappointed. We highly recommend Desert Empire to do work on A/C units and plumbing as they did for us. I give them an A+++ report card!

They figured out something that no other AC company was able to do for over two years. They used systematic problem
solving technics to find the very unlikely reason for the problem. A piece of the padding had blocked the duct on the roof. As soon as they removed it the system worked like new! They are by far the best AC company in the Desert!

I called Desert Empire out because my air conditioner was cooling, just blowing out hot air. They checked everything out and discovered that all I needed was some simple maintenance work. They replaced a dirty filter and performed a tune up service. Everything worked perfectly and I set up a maintenance agreement with them so that I don't have this problem again. Great service.

Tony was excellent - prompt, neat, explained what was wrong and how to keep it from happening in the future. We will use Desert Empire again and recommend to our HOA neighbors.

They were fine. Great. They were very prompt and courteous. I thought I had a mainline problem and I did not. He pointed out what the problem was and fixed it. He could have charged me to clean out the whole system and he didn't. They were very friendly and professional. They seemed very knowledgeable.

The technician always calls to schedule the maintenance, he shows up at the appointment time. He takes extra care to not disrupt the normal work flow of the offices involved, yet he is very informative with the information that he may need to relay.
