It was great. They were fast and professional. It looks amazing!

The owner, Julio, bid the job and promised to oversee the job. He left his unsupervised workers to do the job.
1. The workmen were rude and uninterested in our needs and requests.
2 The workers were extremely sloppy with their work. Each day, leaving with huge piles of dirt and trash on our freshly seeded lawn (and our neighbors, as well.)
3. Filled in our existing and new flower beds with cement... requiring us to pay $500.00 to another contractor to jack hammer out the cement in order to plant flowers in the newly designed courtyard.
4. Removed our existing sprinklers and replaced with them with the wrong type for deep soaking.
5. Refused to change the opening to our courtyard so that we could have a new wrought iron gate installed that was wide enough to move items in and out of the courtyard and to look esthetically balanced.
6. Julio, the owner yelled and insulted my elderly husband ( when he finally showed up) after he was called regarding the faulty sprinkler system.
7.Stated that he had a signed permit when it was not yet "finalled"... it was still on the door to be signed off.
8. Job took 2x as long to complete as promised
9. Demanded more than the agreed upon price.
In general, after owning numerous homes and rentals, this was undoubtedly the worse experience we have ever had with a contractor.
