Made an appointment for April 13 2013. was given time between 3-5 p.m. They
did not call or show up. I called the office on Monday 4/15/13 and the office staff was very helpful and said she would have someone in the service department call me after work to help me to activate the alarms on the doors and I made a new appointment for April 20th.to put alarms on windows. Again, no one called. I sent an email to the girl in the office who was helpful, and told her of my disappointment in the company as I have been with them for many years but since the change in some of the management, the service was not as good as it used to be and that I would hesitate to continue to recommend them to my friends. I received a call that evening to activate my alarms on my doors and they did show up for the appointment on Sat. April 20 2013.
Overall Desert Alarm is a good company, but they need to improve on the service department. I am happy with the office staff and central station.

I used to have DAT and when I changed over to Desert Alarms they were so much cheaper. They are very nice and the owner contacted me when I first started.
