It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment to get the windows of our car tinted. I did a quite a lot of research and ended up choosing Cool Solutions to do the work. The work took quite a lot longer than was expected, made longer by the fact that the person doing the work stopped to chat with people visiting his workshop. It ended up taking about 3 hours.
The price of the service was a little higher than I had experienced at other tinting companies. When the work was finished the car was driven from the workshop and was reversed into a parking space at the front of the workshop which I thought was a little strange. The quality of the tinting seems to be very good, no bubbling and the shades I chose really do reduce the heat in the car.
I took the car home, parked it ready for my wife's return from a trip just over a week later/ When she took the car out of the garage I noticed it has been damaged on the front passenger wing, clearly the reason the car was reversed into the parking space was so I wouldn't see the damage that had been done to the front wing.
In summary the tinting job was good, nice workshop and waiting area. The price was on the high side and my car was damaged while it was being worked on, so sadly I cant recommend this provider.

Adding the tint to the sunroofs did take more time and I apologize for any walk in customers that I may have attended to. You are correct in saying that the price was higher. This is because the film we installed was an upgraded (better performing) film. Also, we back every car into a parking spot for our customers. This allows for all customers to easily leave the parking lot and not bump into the curbs that are sometimes hard to see. As you can see on our website, most vehicles are backed into a parking spot. Damage to any vehicle is a very very rare occurrence, especially a smaller vehicle such as a Mini Cooper but I would have liked to been informed if it is believed to be our fault.
