It was the Owner not a sub which I prefer. He spent extra time ask my approval on each outside wall before continuing and changed the a stronger solution plus went beyond at no cost to me and surprised me by cleaning my patio cover both sides at no cost. Wish he was a all around handyman. To end, HIRE him.

He was very pleasant and cheerful. Showed up on time and my husband only found one spot he missed and we wiped it off ourselves. My husband is like a hawk! Ches is a very nice person.

If you are looking for the type of services offered by Chel, look no further. My brick walk was covered in calcium. The brick pavers that were once colorful were now dingy and unsightly. I hired Chel to clean the walkway and the brick is once again beautiful to behold. Chel even cleaned my driveway at no charge. Chel is a pleasant, , personable and honest professional. What more can you ask for.

Chel is very friendly. His work is great and is better for the environment than a normal car wash. It is a luxury to have your car washed while at work. A luxury service, but not a luxury price.
