He has always been responsive. Even if he doesn't have an update for me he sends me an email and says, "I don't have an update." He gives me a status and doesn't leave me hanging. That's the part that I love about him the most. The other part is he has been really helpful is that my mother is on a budget. And so he has really worked within our budget to get us the finishing of the work that we want within something we can afford which a lot of people were not willing to do, so we really appreciate that as well.
