I like the quality of work and responsiveness.  They're expensive but you get what you paid for.  I have total confidence they did their job correctly, on time and they did a great job.  The quality is what stands out.

They were great, showed up on time and got right to the job and finished sooner than expected.

Work was done professionally.

It went well and they were very responsive.  They are a professional company with the owner being well informed of all projects and keeping things moving smoothly.  Had a few cliches but it all worked out and I have continued to use them and will do so again and again.

We had their services in June 2012. I wasn't there, my tenant was. They came in and we had some receptacles that were not working in the condo that we rented and according to my tenant they did a great job. They fixed it, they were efficient and they charged me for an hour of service so I was OK with that. So we were satisfied with them. They charged us $80.

The service was performed EXTREMELY well!  Dan already knew what was to be done because of the initial call to the office.
Unfortunately, a curve was thrown at Dan because nothing was mentioned about installing an additional electrical outlet.  He handled it without a hitch!  He gave good advice; pointed out alternatives for an appropriate location; discussed cost; and answered all  of my questions.  Service was very thorough and efficiently done.  Bradley Electric, Inc. will definitely be doing the next electrical project in our home.  :-)
Also, the office staff is EXCELLENT!  They take the time to ask probing questions in an effort to make sure they understand the problem(s) and what exactly needs to be done.  By doing so, it enabled me to evaluate whether or not I had a major electrical problem.  One problem was cured over the phone just by having me check "connections" and such.  Although embarrassing, one less problem had to be fixed and or investigated.

They’re very good.  They came out in no time flat.  Normally, I have to wait two or three days for contractors to come, but not with Bradley.

Needed a new chandelier hung in our dining room. Bradley Electric arrived on time. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He removed the existing fixture and replaced it with the new fixture. He cleaned up the area and discussed the option of installing a dimmer on the light at our request. We all agreed that it was unnecessary. He further looked at the light on our barbecue, which needed a new battery and our stove exhaust, which we didn't think was working. He charged us for his additional time however he was unable to help with the stove exhaust. Otherwise, the work was professional and I would use Bradley Electric again.

From start to finish Bradley was prompt, straight forward, and professional. I appreciated their honesty in giving me options for overcoming a challenging fix for locating a new outlet. They could have taken much more time to install it where I had indicated a "good spot" was vs. a few feet away. They pointed out the option for saving time that I wouldn't have known of, and the location is absolutely fine. We have a lot more work ahead of us in redoing the house and will definitely use Bradley again.

The workmanship was excellent but I feel very overcharged.
I was not given written estimate ahead of time, (my mistake for not asking).
I just purchased the home, live out of state and had not moved in yet, had another contractor abandon job and was ripped off for deposit, (found out later he was unlicensed). I was in town for limited time.
I joined Angie's List and called Bradley Electric, [BE}, who have good ratings, to finish work on recessed lights. Was given verbal estimate, journeyman $30/hr and electrician, ~$70/hr, rather than exact number. I had electrical work done on other home and figured it couldn't be much more so went ahead. Electrician was there about 1-1 1/2 days, journeyman came a couple days by himself, but these were not 8 hour days.
First day the electrician found existing problems and proceeded to repair but no estimate was given for this work before, again my mistake, but I thought I could trust them because of the high Angie's List rating.
The owner knew I was under stress from the last contractor and said my home warranty should cover the cost of work for the repairs of wiring that was supposed to have been done by seller, it didn't. Bradley Electric is licensed contractor and should know better. I feel I was taken advantage of. Will never hire them again and will from now on get 3 written estimates as the Contractors State License Board suggests.

They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently.  I will use them again when necessary.

Serviceman was on time and I felt very confident he knew what he was doing.  Would use them again in a heart beat!!!

Bradley Electric was great, didn't charge me for the breaker because they had an extra one on their van, and they crawled under the house. They didn't even charge me for the extra labor of crawling under the house.  

The electrician was on time and did a very good job. He was efficient and clean. All necessary cuts in the wall were very small and done through the garage, without damage to the hall wall.

The project went great and everything is currently working in the house!

They were very good. I was very pleased with them. They were responsive and prompt. They were very pleasant to work with. I would use them in the future.
