1 delivery cost extra - which I found out at delivery time. 2 the covering on the furniture started to deteriorate within 3 months. I knew it wasn't real leather but I had been lead to believe that some of the new fabricated materials were excellent. Some of them clearly are NOT. At the salesperson's suggestion I had purchased the extra insurance. They went into great detail about the 'fix' procedures that were covered. 3 the store referred me to the insurance, the insurance (without looking) decided my problem was due to normal wear and tear and was not covered. I knew I had been taken. Nothing like an old fool. When the price is 'good', be suspicious. Be very suspicious.
