Bob was very personable, and very understanding regarding the circumstances (Pandemic, dealing with a newborn, having complex grief issues, needing the appraisal for IRS purposes). He was very professional, but also very friendly, and very communicative. He showed up on time, and was quite efficient with his work. If I need another appraisal at a property in the area, I would definitely hire him again.

Very professional demeanor and approach to business and handling customer relationships. High service quality and timely performance. Additionally, while other appraisers specified payment up front, Mr. Givens did not require payment until completion and delivery of the appraisal.
