The furnace stopped working after they put everything in. They came back out and said I just did not know how to use the thermostat. He bypassed the thermostat, and it ran all night long and was 62 in my house. I had to get out my space heaters. I finally had to turn the air conditioner off at the circuit breaker. I had to do this for six days tell they came back out and reconnected the thermostat and put a booster on it. When I would star to tell them what was going on he would walk away from me and go out to his truck. He wouldn't even return my calls. I would not use them again in the future. They still come every three months to check it due to the contract.
