We had the fan on our AC unit come on at about 2 am every night without anything being switched on. It drove us crazy. Robert investigated and instead of just replacing a circuit board as many do. He tested everything and found a few things that were installed incorrectly but the situation continued. After about 14 days, with Robert trying things like disconnecting termostate, other parts and many changes, we finally found a $45 dollar part. Robert made about 12 service calls and figured and tested but only charged us for one service call. Robert was really dedicated and wouldn't give up. During the process we discovered many other things such as the zoning on the AC unit was wired incorrectly and bad dampers and damaged duct work. We finally, at his suggestion ripped out all the duct work and replaced it with new dampers and finally after 12 years the unit functions as it was designed.
Though all the trips, Robert kept his good humor and just didn't want to give up, even suggesting that he come by at 2am when the Ac fan came on to check the trouble lights. We never had anyone with suck dedicated work ethic. He is super technician. Could not recommend him more.
