Todd went right to work, was on task the whole time and completed it without any mess or difficulties. This was the first time we ever cleaned out HVAC duct work in our desert condo of 3 years. He also advised relocating paint/fertilizers/dusty items in garage to another corner so as not to cause intake problems in the unit (which I did). We have not had to use the A/C or furnace yet, but he tested the AC before he left and it seemed to work fine.

My first phone call Todd returned within 1/2 hr.I had requested he call me 1/2 prior to arriving, which he did.When he arrived to perform the service, he was on time.Todd tested air quality in a very large master bedroom( 22x 26 and outside (which you need to do a comparison)Very personable, respectful and professional.

Arrived punctually two days after calling for service. Gave an estimate over phone which was very accurate. Cleaned all ducts and installed filter, instucting us in how to install a filter in future. Very thorough and attentive. Left no mess. Completed work punctually despite my constant distraction of talking cars once we discovered a mutual love of cars. Gave some great local restaurant recs after he discovered we were new desert residents. Nice guy. Would definitely use again.

We were able to schedule for service within a week of our call. The company gets high marks for communications. I couldn't be here when service was performed although spouse handled the service visit which took about 3 hours. Spouse continued working while at home throughout the service visit so he didn't have much to say about it. We waited to have this servicing until our remodeling work was finished. Agent reminded us about filter replacements and cleaning.

Todd was a little late for the appointment and apologized . It wasn't a problem as he got right to work and completed the job timely. He gave me some pointers on how to improve the air flow for the air conditioning. He left no mess and cleaned everything up perfectly. I would recommend his services and use his company again.
