Bruce at Advantage Inspection Professionals recently inspected a classic 1962 Alexander home that I was purchasing in Palm Springs and I am really happy with the service. The website makes it simple to schedule an appointment and Bruce was very responsive with a confirmation email.
When it came to the inspection, he was very thorough in his review and communicated his findings as he went along. Bruce uses great technology that lets you "preview" his findings as he goes along in the inspection. In addition, he uses very advanced equipment that captures important detail and makes the report very comprehensive. In terms of the final product, I received a very professional Inspection Report less than 24 hours to keep the closing process on track.
Overall, Bruce makes it easy to do business with him and he provides a high-quality product in a timely manner. I would recommend him as your first choice.
