Cristian and his team gave us a great consultation on what we could build in our rental duplex in Los Angeles. We took his advice and he design a two story ADU with two units. Now our duplex is technically a fourplex. He was also able to secure the permits necessary from LADWP, Bureau of Sanitation, and city of Los Angeles to start building in a timely manner.
