Mario and his coworker Sam arrived when scheduled. They quickly found the problem. Rather than just fixing it with some of the many parts on the truck, they went to the nearby home center to get the exactly correct repair part. After fixing the problem, they identified the original cause, installed extra parts to limit future damage, and recommended ways to prevent additional damage. The cost and time were as quoted.

My kitchen sink as backing up and my attempt to snake it out was a failure, so I called The Drain Chief. I'm glad I did! Mario was at my house in about an hour and got right to work on it. The long big professional snake did the trick. I appreciated Mario's professionalism, friendly manner and most of all, his honesty. Highly recommended!
