He responded pretty well and pretty fairly. His prices were very fair. The bid was for $4500 to build the fence, rolling gates, and an internal gate. It was $1500 for the motor and installation of it. There was also $1500 worth of additional concrete removal. He was doing some fencing work for my neighbor, and that's how I found him. He still has a little bit of work left to do. The work had been going on for the past four weeks or so. The work has gone pretty well overall. He gave me a very good price. I did change things up a bit as the job progressed. That was difficult for him, but he responded pretty well. Some things did not turn out as I thought they would, but it was not necessarily his fault. He was good about being accommodating and making the end product the way I wanted it to be. I think he could be better with following through with the things that he said he would do. He did what I asked him to do, but I had to nag a lot. I had large areas of the driveway and a brick sidewalk removed. I had to have him redo a number of things. This project was taking longer than I thought it would because of delays on his side.
