Aside from a small miss- communication of schedule. everything went very well.

They were really responsive. I initially got a quote over the phone. They also came over and confirmed the quote. After checking with the city that no permit is needed and wet sandblasting is required, I inquired if they can provide me an insurance certificate. They were able to provide within couple days. On the day of work they came on time. They previously Advised it will be really noisy so I took my kids and left home. My husband stayed and watched and he was amazed with all the work that was put into it. After it was done, my driveway looked very nice compared to before. My only complaint was they did not have anywhere to dispose the sandy water that was used, so they disposed it on my grass- which was previously agreed on. But it left a white residue on my grass, and my balcony was sandy due to the amount of dust that was used. My husband said I should not complain because there was a very large amount of sand and considering that, this is normal. After all, we are very satisfied of the end result of how our driveway looks now.

I feel lucky to have found this company! I was having trouble finding a mobile sandblasting company that would take such a small job, and Porter Sandblast was referred to me by another business. They came out on time to do the estimate, and I was even able to schedule the job only 1 day before! They were very careful in protecting the walls and surfaces around the fireplace, and it came out beautifully. They showed me a small sample before blasting the whole thing, and I'm thrilled with the results. It was so much easier than trying to strip the paint with chemicals. It looks amazing. Their price was also much better than other estimates I received.
