I was overjoyed with the work...This is the sort of small business that I want to continue to support. Originally I was only going to have the mirror blunt cut to a smaller size...The cost would have only been $40.00. Later I felt that the bevel would be worth the extra cost and it was...It turned out beautifully...A 1 inch bevel would have been approx 30 dollars less, but I opted for the statement of a 1 1/2 inch bevel..Since the mirror was over 25 years old, they could not guarantee that it would not break during the cutting process..And if it did, there would be no charge...this seemed fair to me..The silvering on the original mirror was damaged on both top and bottom and both sides...I am pleased to see, that they cut on all sides to remove all damage rather than merely cutting to size...They also provided a special base that does not infringe on the appearance of the bevel...Pedro and his daughter arrived within the time frame I was given..The bonus is, they call you 20 mins before arrival...Since my entire bathroom is under renovation, it gave me time to clear away tools etc...this is a thoughtful consideration...One word of advice...When replacing a mirror, do not have it mastik'd to the wall...The base and pins are enough to secure it, which they use anyways and it leaves you options for a later date without risking breakage...I now have a very expenseive mirror at a very low cost thanks to Pedro. He also does window repair, and I will certainly use him again

Evan and Alma came exactly on time and promptly replaced the broken glass on my door and cleaned up the mess. They did a terrific job and are fast workers. They were there only about 15 minutes. It was a small job and only cost $35, however, other companies that I called quoted me prices that ranged anywhere from $90 to $185.
