Make Easy Maid

I went through about six different cleaners. However, they are always on time and reliable. They do a good job and listen to my needs. That is the most important. They are also very respectful. I have been very happy with their service.

Jose and his crew were scheduled to give our home a deep cleaning, after much neglect. Jose came out to see our home, so that he could give us a fair estimate of how long it would take to clean. I was told a crew of two plus a supervisor would come, and it would take 4-5 hours to complete. Only the supervisor and one cleaner showed up. They started in the back of our house with the bedrooms and bathrooms. I was very pleased with the work they did in those rooms. When they finally made it to the living room/kithcen/dining room areas, they were rushed as the next client was waiting. I am somewhat satisfied with the work they did in those rooms, but I know (from the bedrooms) that they can do better. To their credit, they stayed a bit over the five hour mark to finish the job, and I only had to pay what we had originally agreed upon. I would say an overall A- if I could, due to the fact that they put themselves in a rush by not bringing a full crew.
