The work was performed professionally and thoughtfully. German Rodriquez was punctual, honest, and took responsibility for doing a good job.

We called them for an estimate, to which they responded very quickly. They went and bid the job and were the lowest price of the three bids we got. They started the job within days and were finished when they said they would be. I was very satisfied with their work. They were easy to deal with, efficient, reasonable and did a very good job even though this was only an apartment rental.

I was extremely happy with the work and with the personalities (including the professionalism, integrity, honesty, and friendliness) of German Rodriguez and his father / partner (also named German Rodriguez). They told me they would arrive at 8 AM; I saw their truck pull up about 15 minutes early, but they were respectful enough not to knock on the door early (which was a good thing, since I had just gotten out of the shower!); they were exactly on time every day. They got right to work each day, and worked very hard; they asked me if it was OK to continue working each day past 6 (it was fine with me), and they worked until after 7 each day (including Saturday!). Consequently, they finished the job in fewer days (and for less money) than any of the other estimates I received. The quality of the work was outstanding, and you could tell they took pride in it. They cleaned up every day after their work. German (the son) speaks excellent English; German (the father) speaks only Spanish.
