Andy and his dad did an AMAZING JOB on our total home renovation shower! We contacted 4 companies and Andy was the first to come measure and give us a quote. He used a special measuring instrument to get precise measurements for a perfect install. We liked the reviews from other customers on Angies list. He gave us a very competitive price and we even upgraded to half inch glass from 3/8 inch. The glass and hardware was of the very best quality and was the perfect addition to our high end Italian/Brazilian stone slab shower. We are thrilled with the spectacular glass shower installed by Glamorous Glass!

I never heard back after multiple attempts to get an estimate. I can see that this has happened to other angieslist members and one response from glamorous glass was
'if your car broke down on the road, i would help you'
umm, what? what does that have to do with anything?

Andy was fantastic! He sent me some pictures to think about until I was back in town and able to meet with him. After meeting with him and discussing all of my options, we decided on the framed shower doors. He was professional, clean and on time. His price was on par, if not a little lower then my other estimates. I am extremely happy with his service and the quality of the glass doors. I am planning on redoing another bathroom in my house and I will for sure be calling him again!

We recently completely renovated our master bathroom.
The contractor we used was not able to install the frameless shower glass we wanted for the shower stall.
Being a new member to Angie's List, I thought I do some research on shower glass companies.
I reached out to a number of highly rated firms on Angie's List. Andy / Glamour Glass was one of the first to respond. He asked detailed questions about my requirements, and provided ball park estimate. Naturally, I wasn't going to go with only one quote so I waited for a few days for others to respond.
Out of the many I contacted, only a few got back to me. Not only did Andy have a competitive price, he was also the most responsive, answering all my questions and emails in a very timely fashion.
Andy came by the house, confirmed measurements and our selection of the hardware, and we scheduled for installation within a week.
We used the shower for a week, and noticed an area where water was getting out of the enclosed area. I took the picture, emailed Andy, and he came out the next day to adjust. Everything is working 100%. The frameless glass look fantastic and adds great value to the house.

Andy was great! When I called to ask about my project he was able to come out immediately to provide a quote which turned out to be the best one we received of the three companies we contacted. Once accepted he had me scheduled for the install within the week. He was professional, very tidy and the shower door looks wonderful even after making adjustments to accommodate our not so level building. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking.

The shower door no longer leaks. The initial installatoin was faulty, and so was the sub-contractor's repair. Andy diagnosed the problem immediately and gave us a low estimate, so we had the work done on the spot. It took him 1 hour 20 minutes. Everything was cleaned up satisfactorily. Great job. Also, he was personable and communicative, and explained what he would do and what the problems were. Someone else here said and quot;Hire them.and quot; I agree.

He did an outstanding job. He is very nice and professional. He also was very trustworthy. He worked with us. He didn't leave any questions unanswered. He did one shower so we could use one while we waited for the other shower and then he came back and didn't charge extra. We are going to use him again. I highly recommend them.

Andy was very responsive to our needs and was able to replace our 60and quot; X 60and quot; picture window within about two days of contacting him. All of the other providers I called got back to me about a week later. Andy was quick and his cost was more than reasonable. I would definitely use him and Glamorous Glass again.

I called the company, mentioned I was from Angies List, and asked if they might give me an estimate on a 17and quot; round glass for a side table. The gentleman who answered the phone was lovely, but said he needed to ask someone and he'd call me back immediately. That was 4 days ago. Two days ago I left a message, in case he didn't have my phone number (I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt), but it's now 2 days later and I haven't heard back.

Leo and Andy were amazing. We were finishing up a master bathroom renovation and were in a rush to get the custom glass for the shower. Leo came just a couple hours after I called him on a Monday morning to take measurements for an estimate. The following day, he gave me the estimate (1,250), which was the cheapest estimate of the three we got (the highest estimate from a different company was 1,900!). Also, while other companies said it would take about a week to get the custom glass made, Leo told me they could do it in only a couple of days. Sure enough, I signed the contract on Tuesday, and the glass was ready and installed first thing Friday morning. And it looks great -- great hardware and quality. Leo and Andy made sure all our questions were answered and were very professional throughout and gracious for the business. I will absolutely be calling them again for any more glass or mirror needs. I'd give them the highest recommendation to anyone for price, quality, and professionalism.

I've never had this type of work done before but I'm glad I found this company. I've been wanting to have the glass shelves replaced for some time now and I'm happy I did. They provide quality service and the shelves came out exactly how I wanted them.

Leo and Andy were great. They got right to work, were efficient, and gave me a great deal (best figure out of the estimates I got). They were also very personable and professional.

I called asking for a quote, they came the very next day to check out the job and gave me a quote within 20 minutes. They were very flexible with demand after demand on our end and constantly flexible with our many design requests and budget restraints. They did the job efficiently and brilliantly. Thank you!

I called mid-morning and was told they could do the job later that same day. Andy and Leo arrived and were very pleasant to deal with. They were professional, quick and even funny after a long day working in the sun. I will recommend them to friends and will definitely use them in the future.

Mike came and did the measurements and was informed as to the type of glass needed to match the other pocket doors. Andy contacted me a day later and gave me a quote which was very reasonable and quite a bit lower than the other two bids I had received. He got the glass in a bout 5 days later, called me, set up the appointment and installed it. They were professional, fair, puncutal and very competent. There is a reason they are rated 100% A by other reviewers and I would engage them again in a heartbeat.

Wrote an email on a Sunday night and got a reply almost immediately. They came in on Tuesday to take a look, and I got an estimate on Wednesday. Thursday they came in to take measurements, and installed it all in about 3 hours the following week. Great crew, awesome job, the bathroom looks amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better job.

They came on a Friday, measured, ordered the glass, and came back after the weekend to install the new piece of glass when it arrived.. They were in and out very quickly and were able to successfully replace the glass without destroying the metal glazing strips on my 50 year-old door. While every other person I'd called didn't want to even touch it ("too much trouble, it'll take too long, we'll never be able to put it back together correctly"), the Glamorous Glass guys were confident they could do it right, and they certainly delivered on their promise. They did a flawless job, and in doing so, they were able in an hour-long visit to fix something that had been nagging at me for over a year and a half. These are true glass professionals.

The entire project went very smoothly from start to finish. They showed up on time for the estimate and provided a fair price and installed the window a week later. I would definitely recommend these two guys and their company.

From the estimate to the install, the service was terrific. The price was very reasonable - not too much and not too low. I felt comfortable with them from the very start. They were on time for the estimate, measurement and installation of product. The completed job was beautiful.

These are the nicest people! I had to replace an old double pane window which had failed. They came, along with others, to give me a quote and for the same product, they gave me the best deal. However, what I am concerned about is customer care and this company puts customer care FIRST. They did the job quickly and correctly the first time. I had a question about the pane five months later AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO CHECK IT. When was the last time a company did that for YOU??? I would HIGHLY recommend this company to you. I certainly will use them again and have told my friends and family to use them as well.
